Coach Carleton returned to the sidelines of his Alma Mater with a deep sense of pride and purpose helping the program that shaped him both as a player and as a person in 2023. A graduate of the school’s class of 2013, he was a 3 year starter at Running Back and Linebacker earning all state honors his junior and senior year. He also served as team captain his senior year. After high school, he continued his playing career at Plymouth State University before beginning his coaching career.



Beyond wins and losses, Coach Carleton is passionate about mentoring young men, helping them grow into responsible leaders in their communities. He takes great pride in building strong relationships with his players and their families, and in carrying forward the traditions that made his Alma mater so special.



Coach Carleton has coached several players that went on the play at the collegiate level.
